We needed to replace our driveway, but decided to put it off due to the cost. Well, the universe had other idea, it was cracking and sinking at the culvert. So we started our research again. We contacted a company and Tyler P. (not including last name for privacy reasons) contacted us immediately. I was very impressed with Tyler. He responded quickly to all texts or calls, kept to his time table and estimates, cleaned up daily, was on the job the entire time to ensure everything went as expected, his crew was polite and treated the job as they would for their own family. He explained everything so I could understand everything he was planning. I am not the easiest customer, because I have my own ideas and ask a million questions. Tyler was patient and went over everything as many times as necessary. Due to cost, we had to make some changes we wanted, but Tyler just rolled with everything and even came up with some things we could benefit from but had not considered.
